Philament Forge is a small, independent 3D printing studio built around doing things properly rather than doing everything at once.

Right now, we run a single, carefully tuned printer, which allows us to focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail while we grow.

What We Do

We offer:

• Printed 3D products, made to order
• Print-as-a-Service, where you supply the design and we handle the printing
• Clear, responsible handling of licensing and intellectual property

At the moment, we don’t sell digital files. Everything we offer is a physical print, produced specifically for each order.

How We Print

Every print is produced using:

• A professionally calibrated FDM printer
• Carefully selected PLA materials
• Print profiles tuned for reliable, repeatable results

Because we operate at a smaller scale, each job gets the attention it deserves. If a file isn’t suitable or needs tweaking, we’ll let you know rather than pushing it through.

Why Just One Printer?

Keeping things small (for now) lets us:

• Maintain consistent quality
• Catch issues early
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Improve processes before scaling up

As demand grows, so will Philament Forge — but never at the expense of quality.

Responsible Printing

We take licensing seriously.

• Products we sell are designed by us or printed under licence
• For Print-as-a-Service, you confirm you have the right to print your model
• We reserve the right to refuse prints that could cause legal issues

It’s about doing things the right way from the start.

UK Based & Made to Order

All prints are produced and shipped from the UK.

Most items are printed to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is checked before it leaves us.

Lead times may vary slightly depending on workload, but we’ll always be upfront about expectations.

Growing Carefully

Philament Forge is still growing, and that’s part of the journey.

In the future, we may add:

• More materials
• More printers
• New product lines
• Possibly licensed digital models

Any changes will be introduced clearly and thoughtfully.
